Tools for Improvement, Troubleshooting and Process Control
One of the eight quality management principles is continuous improvement of the entire Organization as one of its permanent goals. This is also mirrored closely by the requirement in clause 8.5.1 of ISO 9001:2008 for the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System effectiveness.
This training enables methodical, documented and effective improvement and involves teaching problem solving that often plague Organizations. It is based on a methodology developed by the American Institute of Duran.
OBJECTIVES
The aim of the training is to provide delegates with the knowledge, skills and develop their abilities to enable them to select the most suitable tools and then to flawlessly use the most appropriate ones. It enables to understand the characteristics needed for the effective leadership in quality improvement teams.
A large number of multi-variant exercises increases the attractiveness of this training for delegates interested in understanding improvement issues and problem solving in both production processes and services from various industries.
The training course contains a wealth of examples providing delegates with more experience, and gaining a greater individual appreciation of the subject of this training.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE :
Early contact with the implementation, maintenance, and auditing of Quality Management Systems would undoubtedly be helpful in understanding the processes of improvement and problem solving, but this is not necessary to be successfully complete this course.
