This course is aimed at those delegates involved in planning and/ or carrying out internal audits wishing to develop their expertise in the application of  ISO 9001:2008 and the evaluation of the quality management system effectiveness in your company.
During this course, delegates learn how to  interpret the standard from the auditor’s perspective and the audit should be best carried out. The training course is based on the principles described in ISO 19011:2002 and discusses new insights into the audit process  developed  in  of this standard.
