The Quality Management Representative or the Quality Manger  has a vital role in the management of the auditing resource effecting the efficiency of the entire team and ultimately  the effectiveness of the Organization’s  quality management system. Lead auditor training enables the role of auditors to be fully understood and so  helping in acquiring the skills they need to conduct audits as efficiently as possible.

TRAINING :  5  days

OBJECTIVE – gives the delegates the required knowledge of auditing and management of  auditor teams.

This training enables the delegate to gain an in-depth knowledge of methods and techniques that allow for more effective auditing in turn enabling the Management Board to make informed decisions based on information obtained from audits. During the course good practices carried out by external auditors are also identified and discussed.
The course is recognized in Poland and around the world. It increases the competence of auditors. Auditors who earn the certificate will meet the lead auditor training requirements set by accreditation bodies personnel accreditation schemes (IRCA)*

TRAI NING COURSE PROGRAMME INCLUDES :

Conducting an internal and external audit in compliance with the  ISO 9001:2008 standard, including:

• Audit planning.
• Audit preparation and the preparation of auditor documentation.
• Carrying out Opening meetings – including problems and best practices.
• Carrying out „live” audits  - based on case studies, role play and the use of audiovisual materials.
• Significant focus on nonconformity writing and audit report preparation.
• Evaluation of audit activities, techniques and practices in carrying out Closing meetings.
• Corrective and follow-up action.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Previous participation in the training  courses such as " ISO 9001 : 2008 Workshops for Quality Managers / Quality Management Representatives” or "ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor ISO 9001: 2008" could help in understanding the audit process, but this is not necessary.

DELEGATE EVALUATION

• Continuous delegate assessment of progress of theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Written exam.

Participants who successfully complete the exercises and the exam will be issued a certificate of successful completion of  the "ISO 9001 : 2008 Lead Auditor quality management system training” .
